Go to Marketing -> Click New Campaign
Follow the normal set up of a campaign, choosing what you will say and who you will say it to. You can see full steps here
Once you have finished, click Schedule
You can then choose Run daily or weekly or
Run daily or weekly - select which day(s) of the week you want the campaign to send and select the time of day
Run monthly - choose which day of the month you want the campaign to run and what time of day
Click Confirm
