Tags can be used to label and identify bookings and also be used later in Marketing lookups

A booking tag will only show on that specific booking. You will be able to see it in the panel, the hover over, and when editing the booking

Click on the booking -> Edit -> Either select the existing tag or type the new one and click 'Create...'-> Done
