You can choose to hide all but one team members and their bookings from your screen to make more space on your screen. This is ideal for when using your phone and just wanting to see your column.

This will not delete the other team members or their bookings or remove them from online booking availability

You can easily bring one or more back if you need to see their availability too under Team in the top right of the diary

This is a user based setting so if you have multiple users each one can have this set for them individually

Right click on the top of the team members column -> Hide other columns
