You can choose to hide a team member and their bookings from your screen to make more space or if they are on a long term absence

This will not delete their bookings or remove them from online booking availability

This is a user based setting so if you have multiple users each one can have this set for them individually

Right click on the top of the team members column -> Hide column

OR click Team in the top right -> Untick the team member(s) -> Update
