How to decide if your bookings can be made flexibly around working hours and other bookings

  • You can choose if you want your bookings to be able to be made overlapping, or squeezed in between other bookings, or out of hours

  • This is a user based setting so if you have multiple users each one can have this set for them individually

  • In the top right of the diary, click Options -> Toggle on or off 'Allow Booking Overlap' -> Update
