Finding forms quickly: search and sort in My Forms

If your salon uses lots of consultation, consent and aftercare forms, scrolling through a long list to find the right one can be slow. The My Forms page now has a search bar and a Sort by menu so you can get to the form you need in seconds.

Open My Forms

  1. In the left-hand menu, click the Consultations icon (the clipboard).

  2. My Forms opens by default. You will see the Search forms bar and the Sort by menu at the top of your list.

Sort your forms

Click the Sort by menu and choose one of three options:

  • Name (A to Z): alphabetical order. This is the default.

  • Name (Z to A): reverse alphabetical order.

  • Last edited: the forms you changed most recently appear at the top.

Sort options

Name (Z to A) is handy when the form you want starts with a letter near the end of the alphabet, such as Waxing or Tattoo Removal.

Sorted Z to A

Last edited is the quickest way to get back to a form you have just been working on.

Sorted by last edited

Good to know: the list goes back to Name (A to Z) each time you open or refresh the page.

Search for a form

  1. Click into the Search forms bar.

  2. Start typing any part of the form name. The list filters instantly as you type.

  3. To clear your search and see all your forms again, click the x at the right of the search bar.

Searching for aftercare forms

Tips

  • Search is not case sensitive, so "aftercare" finds "Waxing Aftercare".

  • You can search for any word in the name, not just the first one. Try a treatment ("laser"), or a type of form ("consent", "aftercare").

  • Search and sort work together. For example, search "consent" then choose Last edited to see your most recently updated consent forms first.

  • If nothing matches, you will see a message saying no forms match your search. Check the spelling or try a shorter word.

Note: search and sort apply to the My Forms list. The Templates list is not affected.
