Creating a filter template

How to create a filter template to select clients for future campaigns

  1. Go to Marketing in the left hand menu -> Click Client Filters

  2. Under My Filters, click New

  3. Fill in the filter name

  4. Fill in the filter description

  5. Click Add filter

  6. Choose if you want a client filter, a booking filter, or a feedback filter

    • Client - these are based on conditions about your client ie nu

      mber of times they have visited, their birthday, their overdue percentage. You can see all the options in the drop down

    • Booking - these are based on specific bookings your clients have had. You can filter by booking date, or team member, service, or status. You can combine these to target bookings based on all of these conditions.

    • Feedback - these are based on internal Leaderboard ratings provided by clients

  7. Once you have selected the type of filter, you can select the specific condition from the drop down.

  8. You can click Configure to choose more specific settings for each of these conditions. You can see a video with worked examples below.

  9. Click Create
