Setting up your loyalty scheme

How to activate your loyalty scheme and configure your loyalty rewards

  1. Go to Settings in the left hand menu -> Go to Till -> Go to Loyalty -> Toggle on -> Clients will now receive 1 point per pound that they spend

  2. Go to Loyalty Scheme in the right hand menu -> Click Add

    1. Type of reward - Select Products or Services or leave blank to apply the rewards to any product or any service

    2. Specific reward - Select the specific service or product you'd like to apply the reward to or leave blank to apply to all products or all services

    3. Points to redeem - Enter the number of points a client needs to get this reward

    4. £ discount/% discount - Fill in the discount a client will receive for this reward, one or the other. 100% for a free item
