Each product has 4 settings - stock, min stock, max stock, and pack size. These settings determine how your stock is ordered on the automatic ordering forms.

  • Stock - this is your current stock holding

  • Min stock - this is the least amount of units you would like to hold

  • Max stock - this is the most amount of units you would like to hold

  • Pack size - this is the multiple in which you are able to order your stock in. ie if you can order any number, your pack size is 1. If you can order 4, 8, 12 etc then your pack size is 4.

Once these settings have been configured, you can use the yellow truck button in Stock to create order forms automatically.

  • Any product where the current stock is equal to or less than the min stock will be added to the order form

  • The system will add however many units it takes to go from your current stock to your maximum stock to the order form

  • If your pack size is not equal to 1, it will order however many needed to take you to up to or over your max stock in the multiples given
