Setting up when you want clients to receive reminders
Go to Settings in the left hand menu -> Click the Bookings tab at the top
Scroll down to Deposit Reminders -> Toggle on SMS and/or email
For Reminder One, select how many days prior to the appointment you would like the reminder to send. If the booking is made closer to the booking date than your selection, the reminder would send immediately on the booking being created.
Optionally for a second and third reminder, you can toggle on the Enabled switch for each one and select how many days prior.
Setting up what you want the reminders to say
Go to Settings in the left hand menu -> Click the Bookings tab at the top
Scroll down to Deposit Reminders
Under SMS Template and Email Template, you can change the default designs by click Customise.
When editing the wording, be sure to use your merge tags and personalisation fields correctly (careful around the curly brackets! {{-}} )
