Go to Services on the left -> Click the service you want to set up
Click the Resources tab -> Tick which rooms and/or machines are needed for the service. Each service can have one type of machine or room option. e.g. If you have 3 of the same machines to choose from, tick all three.
Click Save.
Once configured, online booking will automatically assign the required resources and stop double bookings.
