  • If you have a quiet team member, get proactive and contact their clients to get their white space booked up

  • We have templates in your Marketing Suite for you to use to send out a text campaign to clients. Choose your campaign and follow the instructions below to send it out, with team personalisation if you want (we recommend it)

Template - 'Quiet team member: offer'

  • Who - This campaign is targeting clients who are due in soon or slightly overdue based on their usual visiting habits, but have visited in the last 18 months; and don't have a future booking. We recommend adding a team filter, as detailed below

  • What - "Hi {{client_first_name}}, 30% off all services this week with your stylist! Limited last minute availability! Click {{online_booking_link}} or call {{salon_phone_number}} to book". The {{-}} phrases will automatically fill in from your data. You can change the offer or the wording as you wish to suit your salon! We recommend adding the stylist or team member's name

  • How - To send this campaign out follow the instructions below

  1. Go to Marketing -> Go to Templates -> Click the pink copy button on the right hand side in line with 'Quiet team member: offer'

  2. This will open the first step, Who you are contacting. On the first block (Client has a booking that matches), click Select field -> Select team member -> Select the team member or members whose clients you want to contact. If you're happy with our filters, you can leave the rest as is. Click Next

  3. This is step two, What you are going to say. You can add the team member's name, make adjustments to the offer, remove the online booking option, add when it is valid until, or leave as is.

  4. Click Save -> Click Next

  5. If you are ready to send, click Next again with the Run Now option selected

  6. On the final confirmation page, check who and how many clients it is sending to, double check your wording.

  7. Then click Run
