Marketing campaign - to fix a quiet week or few days

If you've got a quiet week or few days, here are the steps to use our templates to send out a text campaign to get clients booked in

  • A quiet week or few days can feel a little out of your control waiting for the phone to ring - use your marketing suite to get clients in for last minute bookings!

  • We have templates in your Marketing Suite for you to use to send out a text campaign to clients. Choose your campaign and follow the instructions below to send it out

Template - 'Quiet period: offers'

  • Who - This campaign is targeting clients who are due in soon or slightly overdue based on their usual visiting habits, but have visited in the last 18 months; and don't have a future booking.

  • What - "Hi {{client_first_name}}, 30% off all services this week! Limited last minute availability! Click {{online_booking_link}} or call {{salon_phone_number}} to book". The {{-}} phrases will automatically fill in from your data. You can change the offer or the wording as you wish to suit your salon!

  • How - To send this campaign out follow the instructions below

  1. Go to Marketing -> Go to Templates -> Click the pink copy button on the right hand side in line with 'Quiet period: offers'

  2. This will open the first step, Who you are contacting. If you're happy with our filters, you can leave this as is. Click Next

  3. This is step two, What you are going to say. You can make adjustments to the offer, remove the online booking option, add when it is valid until, or leave as is.

  4. Click Save -> Click Next

  5. If you are ready to send, click Next again with the Run Now option selected

  6. On the final confirmation page, check who and how many clients it is sending to, double check your wording.

  7. Then click Run

Template - 'Quiet period: no offer'

  • You don't have to incentivise with money off - sometimes just telling clients you've got space will drum up some business!

  • Who - This campaign is targeting clients who are due in soon or slightly overdue based on their usual visiting habits, but have visited in the last 18 months; and don't have a future booking.

  • What - "Hi {{client_first_name}}, we have some last minute availability this week and we thought you might need an appointment! Limited availability - click {{online_booking_link}} or call {{salon_phone_number}} to book". The {{-}} phrases will automatically fill in from your data. You can change the offer or the wording as you wish to suit your salon!

  • How - To send this campaign out follow the instructions below

  1. Go to Marketing -> Go to Templates -> Click the pink copy button on the right hand side in line with 'Quiet period: no offer'

  2. This will open the first step, Who you are contacting. If you're happy with our filters, you can leave this as is. Click Next

  3. This is step two, What you are going to say. You can remove the online booking option, add when it is valid until, or leave as is.

  4. Click Save -> Click Next

  5. If you are ready to send, click Next again with the Run Now option selected

  6. On the final confirmation page, check who and how many clients it is sending to, double check your wording.

  7. Then click Run

You can track the response to your marketing campaign in the main list of campaigns by clicking the i.
