There is no contract with The Salon App, so you can cancel anytime. Go to Settings -> Subscription -> Cancel subscription

Once you have cancelled, you will have access to your data until the end of the period you have currently paid for ie if you pay your monthly subscription on the 1st of each month, you will have access until the 1st of the following month after you cancel.

If you have an annual subscription to get a better monthly price, you will have access until the end of this annual period.

You should download any data you need from your system before you lose access. Contact us at support for any additional data you would like including CSVs of your client data that you would like exported.
